Spa Policies 

Reservations

Guests are encouraged to book treatments in advance. Please specify if you prefer a male or female therapist. A credit card will be required to hold all appointments.

Cancellations

We reserve a service provider just for you! In order to do so, we require a 24 hour courtesy cancellation notice if you are not able to keep your appointment. Any changes within that time, including no show/no calls receive a 100% charge of the service. For groups of 3 or more services, we require 48 hours notice.

Checking in/out

We encourage you to arrive 15 minutes early to complete your health and skin care profile. Latecomers, please understand all services will end as scheduled, allowing us to accommodate all of our guests.

Visitors and Couples

We ask that if you bring friends or family, that they wait for you outside in our spa garden patio during your treatment.

Personal Belongings

We are not equipped with lockers and the restroom is key accessible outside our facility, we suggest you leave valuables at home. We will provide you with a spa robe to travel from treatment room to treatment room.

Service Charge

Gratuity distribution is automatically 18% to the service provider. Additional gratuity for exemplary service is discretionary.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and cash.

Gift Certificates

Amara by the Sea gift certificates make the perfect gift for any occasion. They may be used for treatments or products (unless otherwise noted) and must be presented at time of service. Gift certificates are nonrefundable. To purchase, Go to the online booking tab and click BUY

Parking

We offer plenty of 2 hour parking on Lighthouse Avenue. For a longer stay, we recommend parking on Central Avenue.

Age

Clients must be at least 16 years old to receive a massage. Clients between 16-17 years old must have written consent and a parent on site during the massage treatment. Clients must be at least 11 years old to receive a facial treatment. Clients between 11-16 years old must have written consent and a parent on site during facial treatment.
